About
About JK RapidReader.
A reading tool made by John Kirker, free, and maintained in his spare time.
What it’s for
Most of us save far more than we read. JK RapidReader is for getting through it: reading faster when that helps, listening when it doesn’t, and asking questions of what you read so it sticks.
What we hold to
- Your library is yours. Plain files in a folder you choose, readable without us.
- No tracking. The extension sends us nothing.
- Honest about speed reading. It trades some detail for speed, and we say so.
- Your choice of AI, including none, or one that runs on your own computer.
